DRYNITES® Pyjama Pants “Buy 3 get 1 free” Offer 2012

  1. Information on how to claim a free pack of DryNites® Pyjama Pants forms part of these Conditions of Offer. Submission of a claim in this DryNites Offer (Offer) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Offer.
  2. Offer commences 30/01/2012. Offer closes last mail received 27/04/2012 or when all free packs have been claimed (whichever is the earlier) (Offer Period).
  3. Offer is only open to New Zealand residents. Persons under 18 years, employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or companies associated with this Offer, are * ineligible to claim.
  4. To claim a free pack; Send:
    • 3 original barcodes from any DryNites packs; and
    • Obtain a claim form (Claim Form):
    • From reverse side of on pack promotional sticker; or
    • From in-store shelf dispenser units
    • Complete all details requested on the Claim Form;
    • Send the completed Claim Form and original barcodes to ‘DryNites Offer’, PO Box 56 612, Dominion Road, Auckland 1446.
  5. Each claim must include the completed Claim Form and 3 original barcodes.
  6. A maximum of one (1) convenience size DryNites pack can be claimed per household during the Offer Period.
  7. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
  8. A total of 2,000 free DryNites packs (convenience size) are available to be claimed. The Promoter will award a free pack of DryNites for each valid claim received until all packs have been claimed. The free packs are not transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  9. The free packs cannot be exchanged or refunded at any retail outlet.
  10. Claimants should allow up to 28 days for delivery of the free pack.
  11. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected claims. Any claim received by the Promoter after the close of the Offer or after all stock has been exhausted will be returned.
  12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the Offer or receiving, taking or using the free pack except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  13. If for any reason this Offer is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the Conditions of Offer.
  14. Any tax liability arising as a result of receiving the free pack is the responsibility of the claimant.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of claims and barcodes, and to disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process. Any claim made with stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with Claim Forms or barcodes will be deemed void.
  16. In the event that a claim is received after the closing date of the Offer Period, the original Claim Form, and barcodes will be returned to the claimant by mail.
  17. If any act or omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Conditions of Offer, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Offer.
  18. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter requires the claimant’s personal information in order to conduct the Offer. If the claimant does not provide the mandatory personal information requested then the claimant will not be able to take part in the Offer. By entering this Offer, each claimant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the claimant’s personal information to administer the Offer and disclosing the claimant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Offer, and to third parties as required by law. The Promoter is bound by applicable privacy laws and by entering the Offer, the claimant is taken to consent to the Promoter’s privacy policy (which is available on request). By entering into this Offer, each claimant also consents to the Promoter using their personal information for future marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised by the claimant. A claimant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter, upon request to the Promoter.
