Hi Penny, it is perfectly fine to wear DryNites to help manage your daytime wetting. You can try and minimize your daytime wetting by making sure you set regular toilet times throughout the day, make sure you go to the toilet as soon as you feel the urge to go and avoid drinks or food high in caffeine (this includes chocolate and cola) as this will put additional pressure on your bladder. If you have not already done so it is important that you speak with your GP about your daytime incontinence.
