yeah, so ive been wetting for a wile, and i dont like using tampons during the day so can i just use drynights ? i wet during the day too, and how is the best way to change at school ?

While DryNites are not specifically designed for the management of menstrual flow they can certainly be used in conjunction with tampons when you have your period. It is important that you change your DryNites regularly throughout the day to avoid odour or leakage. You can dispose of these discretely in the sanitary disposal bins that are provided for sanitary napkins and tampons. I would strongly recommend that you consult with your doctor who will be able to run some tests to help determine the cause of your daytime incontinence.
