Hi Britney, it is certainly fine to use a tampon during menstruation and still wear your DryNites. However in deciding how to best manage your period at night, it is worth keeping in mind that it’s generally recommended that you change your tampon roughly every four hours and you should never leave your tampon in for more than eight hours.
