Hi – if you are in fact wetting the bed you should be able to smell the urine on your bed sheets – urine usually has quite a strong odour so it should not be difficult to detect. Some people actually perspire quite a lot when asleep, so this could also account for the damp sheets. If you were at all concerned I would strongly recommend that you consult with your doctor.
