Hi James – it is preferrable that you use the DryNites designed for boys as the aborbancy patterns differ and a change to girls DryNites may in fact add to your leakage issues rather than reduce the problem. DryNites can leak as a result of improper fit which can occur when you start to outgrow them, if you think this may be the case then I would recommend that you try an absorbant pant product designed for adults. These can usually be purchased eitehr online or through your local chemist. Bedwetting can be very tricky for teenagers to manage and this is definitely not something that you should be trying to tackle on your own. It is important that you understand that this is in no way your fault. Speak with your parents about the situation and ask them to make an appointment for you to see your GP so that you can discuss ways to best help you to become dry at night. All the best.
Regards,
Dr Cathrine

Thanks Dr Catherine. I tried the girls drynites and found that they didn't leak, so i din't have to buy other pull-up nappies yet
