Hi Britney – Leakage often results from improper fit, which can occur if your DryNites are too small. Check that they are fitting you properly around the leg as this can contribute to leakage. If you find you have outgrown your DryNites you might like to consider products that have been designed for adults, many of which are available online or through your local Chemist. I would recommend that you contact the Continence Association of Australia (1800 330 066) who will be able to recommend an appropriate product. You can also try and reduce your urine output by making sure you fully empty your bladder just before bedtime and limit any dairy- or citrus-based drinks, which can stimulate the kidneys. It is also important that you avoid food and fluids high in caffeine, such as chocolate and caffeinated drinks.
