Ask a question now... we have just started using drynites for our 5 and 7 year old boys, but they have both come out in a rash on their backsides since using them

They are woken and taken to the toilet about 10pm and we have been able to manage with plastic sheets stitched to polyester fleece which I purchased from Spotlight, but we thought the drynites would give more protection
Can you tell us what the drynites are made of please and if there is something that would irritate the skin?
thanks fopr your help

Dr Cathrine Answered:

We are really sorry to hear your child has developed a rash and hope it clears up quickly. Rashes are unpleasant for your child and obviously upsetting for you as a parent. Please be completely assured that each component in DryNites pyjama pants is stringently tested to ensure it will not produce any irritation or signs of an allergic response. In order to investigate this further, we need to log this issue with Consumer Advisory Service, could you please contact 1800 028 334 (free call) or email us at www.Huggies.com/au, they will be able to organise a replacement product for you. We are really sorry about any anxiety or inconvenience this has caused you.

Regards,
Dr Cathrine
