Are DryNites more absorbent than regular nappies?

Are dry nites more absorbent than a regular nappy? Because at the moment my son who was 5 in May still wets through a nappy and am looking for something which has more absorbency.

Dr Cathrine Answered:

DryNites and Huggies nappies have not been compared on levels of absorbency as they are designed for and marketed to different age groups. Huggies nappies are for use by babies, toddlers and children up to age 4 years while DryNites are recommended for children aged 4 and above. You do not mention in your question whether this is for daytime or nighttime use. I suggest you try DryNites for nighttime – you are able to request a sample off the DryNites website. Older children prefer these to nappies as they look and feel more like underpants as well as catering for the different absorbency needs of boys and girls.
